Vice President & General Manager, Donation & Transplant business unit
Aditi joined Transplant Connect (now InVita’s Donation & Transplant business unit) in May of 2012 and was immediately inspired by the incredible impact the iTransplant® solutions have on the work of Organ Procurement Organizations (OPOs), Transplant Centers, Eye and Tissue Banking partners.
In the 12+ years that followed, before taking on her current role, Aditi held several other key roles in the Donation & Transplant unit. First, she helped ensure our innovative software solutions were ready for mission-critical production use as a member of the Quality Engineering team, then she joined the Product Team as a Business Analyst and subsequently Product Manager, where she wrote software specifications and user stories to transform client partner wishes and strategic needs into target-hitting solutions while liaising directly with partners, and then, as the Director of Product Development, she oversaw the definition and execution of the roadmap for our iTransplant® platforms.
Today, as Vice President & General Manager of the Donation & Transplant business unit, she leads her incredibly talented team as they continue to help our partners save and heal more lives through our solutions.
Aditi is a proud graduate of the University of California, Los Angeles Samueli School of Engineering with a B.S. in Electrical Engineering.
